judgeProfilePcitureD. Anthony Rogers served as a Federal Immigration Judge in Dallas, Texas, for over 17 years until his retirement in 2010. He is also a retired Army Colonel who served as an Infantry Officer and combat Aviator during the Vietnam War. Following law school he returned to active duty with the U.S. Army and served as a Judge Advocate and Military Judge for the duration of his career. He has served as a professor of law both within the military at the National Defense University, as an adjunct professor at law schools, and on the faculty of the National Judicial College. He developed his business experience while serving as General Counsel and Board Secretary to the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, then an $8 Billion for-profit retail concern serving service members and there families worldwide. As a voting member of the Osage Indian Nation he has extensive exposure to the Oil & Gas businesses of the tribe and has advised the Principal Chief on a variety of issues including energy development. He has served in an “of counsel” capacity with law firms in Texas and Alabama.
